November Specials

Autumn has properly set in, while spooky season is put back to rest - RIP. This means our November menu takes a lot of inspiration from colours, smells and flavours of this season just before winter sets in for good. As we had a lot of short events in Sep and Oct, some of the best drinks from those events are getting their full spotlight in November. From "Negroni Week 2024" we see 3 drinks on the menu: "Gringo" - a smoky and spicy riff on Americano, "Spreewald Negroni" - a deliciously refreshing negroni with cucumbers and homemade red vermouth based on Georgian wine, and "Rye Boulevardier" - a boozy yet floral take on that classic. All uncharacteristically made with Campari. "Pisco Week" sees 2 returning drinks: "Vineyard" - a refreshing and tangy long drink with pisco, port and sherry, and "Cuatro Verdes" - a boozy and refreshing herbal and fruity masterpiece. A BCB event with Bandoeng 22 brings to the menu a delightfully delicious "Up In Smoke" combining mezcal with pandan liqueur, porto branco and San'tAntonio di Paduva liqueur. Michael even got a feature for that: https://bandoeng22.com/up-in-smoke-by-michael-korkia/ 3 drinks return in slightly updated guises: 1. "Northern Lights" is "Amber Light" with a facelift; 2. "A White Lie" is a complex creamy cocktail full of almonds and with a new Remzi's Absinthe from Berlin; 3. "Mexican Standoff", one of the best cocktails Michael ever made gets even more delicious with stunning combination of Sotol Desierto, Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Topanito tequila infused with Cretan mountain tea, Catuma and Quinquina... unmissable! 3 new additions: "Kleo" tastes straight from USSR all fruity and mysterious; "Dryad" brings autumn in Schwarzwald to life; while "Peanut Butter Fashioned" is just a treat for yourself. Lastly, Michael also aged a batch of "White Negroni" in an oak barrel for 3.5 months. This cocktail aged beautifully gaining further complexity and perfect balance. A very limited run of only 3 litres until it is gone for good. All drinks here invented, designed and created by Michael Korkia.
