Negroni Week Specials
Annual Negroni Week is upon us and Redrum is participating for 3rd year in a row. This year we decided to not only create some out there iterations of Negroni for our monthly specials, but also add 5 special drinks just for the negroni week. This is also a rare occasion where we will be using Campari as the key ingredient to those drinks to honour a great work Campari has been doing in charity and awareness work they do during International Negroni Week. Without further ado, presenting you the 5 chosen cocktails:
"Gringo " is an iteration on "Americano" with a Mexican twist using mezcal and Ancho Reyes chili liqueur.
"Camparottti" is utilizing Campari, while also giving a familiar signature direction of Redrum with usage of absinthe and sake.
And lastly 3 variations on Negroni: "Spreewald Negroni" twisting it towards fresh cucumber taste using Spree Bio cucumber gin and fresh cucumber as garnish, while adding taniny flavours from homemade vermouth made out of Georgian Red wine; "Rye Boulevardier" going strong on Wild Turkey 101 Rye with bitter and floral notes; And lastly new take on "Negroni Delirium", extra bitter with euphoric properties thanks to Catuma psychedelic liqueur.
