Absinthe Beetle from the Czech distillery L`OR Special Drinks is a very special absinthe. In addition to the delicious absinthe in the bottle, it also contains a type of giant locust that is actually native to New Guinea. This animal called "tree lobster" (lat. Eurycantha horrida) cannot fly and stays on the ground or in trees. Here at L'OR Special Drinks it has found its way into the Beetle Absinthe bottle.
Hardcore absinthe drinkers eat this beetle while drinking absinthe. The Beetle Absinthe itself is a herbal, low-anise absinthe with a great finish that makes the palate to rejoice. A fine bitterness of wormwood can be tasted towards the end. For die-hard absinthe drinkers, who don't mind an animal in the bottle. Also very suitable as a decorative object. After vodka with scorpions, mezcal with worms, here's absinthe's answer. In addition to the beetle in the bottle, the Beetle Absinthe also contains 35 mg/kg thujone. Its effect can be seen just above the King of Spirits Absinthe. This absinthe is distilled purely by hand in very small batches without the addition of any artificial additives. It's naturally colored.
