March Specials
March is upon us, which means spring is just around the corner. After an exciting and eventful February, time to get a bit of Spring flavours and aromas for you, so without further ado, I present you the March menu:
The flavours here represent the early spring, lingering winter cold and trying to bring a bit of sunshine to y'all. We have couple of returning cocktails : “Barrel-aged Negroni”, "New York Zeit" and “Sacred Goat”. Several cocktails that were presented first at Suspiria Bar (our new bar in Berlin) back in January: “Motion”, "Montenegro" and "Pan". The rest are brand new additions all created by Michael Korkia using some new and exciting ingredients: RinQuinQuin peach aperitif, Montenegro amaro, Zin Giba ginger & lemongrass liqueur, a preview into Luxardo Sant'Antonio liqueur, Salmari Salmiaki a salty liquorice liqueur from Finland and a unique spirit from Georgia - "Mosavala" feijoa brandy. All in all, once again there is a huge variety of flavours and aromas in this lovely bouquet of drinks I have created for your enjoyment.
Try to come early in the month, as few of the cocktails are limited and won't last whole month. ;)
