February Specials
It feels like all the festivities happened just a few days ago, but it is already February...man, time flies! Anyway, new month new specials at RedRum Art Bar. A very diverse bunch of cocktails on display this month to satisfy multiple palettes.
We have several drinks coming back:
- "Tar Pits" - a bitter sweet & smoky highball
- "Sunshine State" - a fruity beauty to bring you that ray of sunshine missing in the season in Berlin
- "Snake in the Grass" - has a slightly upgraded formula, but brings all the feijoa & herbal funkiness back to us
- "Barrel-aged White Negroni: - also back for one last hurrah.
We also have exciting new cocktails:
- "Bluebeard" - a beautifully complex highball using Wostok blueberry & sage lemonade & Topanito Tequila & Mezcal espadin mezcal
- "Elixir" - a complex herbal concoction
- "Olive High" - bringing a new twist on a dirty martini
- "Mango Lassie" - reimagining the classic mango lassi in a delicious boozy way - "Bee-Have" - inspired by a honey & lavender infusion I tried over the holidays in Sicily at Bohème bar in Catania
- "Chocolate Boulevardier" - another inspiration from my Sicily holidays from a Beta Cocktails Laboratory Bar in Palermo
- "Peanut Butter Rum Fashioned" - a rum re-imagining of a crowd favourite from November.
Lastly, we have a beautiful concoction created by Valery Lela Shargorodsky - "The Hag"!
The rest of the cocktails have been designed and created by Michael Korkia.
