This 5-year-old, finely balanced, dark beige brandy Sarajishvili “Five Stars” was made according to a traditional recipe in oak barrels by David Sarajishvili. For its production, the alcohol used is aged in oak barrels for an average of five years. The intense taste of roasted almonds is combined with the grape aroma and is characterized by a pleasant scent of oak and fruits.

Sarajishvili VS is a fresh, harmonious brandy with a strong character. Sarajishvili VS is a delicious blend of spirits of different ages, the oldest being over 10 years old. Grapes from different wine regions of Georgia give this exceptional amber brandy complex aromas of wild flowers and dried fruits, impressive intensity and precision, and a creeping, sensual liquid that feels velvety on the palate.

Brandy is aged in oak barrels for 8-10 years. Saturated, classic tea amber color. Smooth, clean and balanced flavors. It is dominated by a spicy note, heather honey, black tea, gingerbread boost. Light spice (cinnamon) in the mouth and registers reminiscent of a colonial composition with roots.
No later than April 1st of the year following the harvest, we will receive grape wine for brandy production. After this time, the wine material is distilled in Charente stills.
The distillation process is just the beginning of a long road that Sarajishvili brandy has to travel to reach full expressiveness, power and unique character.
Freshly distilled brandy is poured into 250 – 400 liter barrels over the years to obtain a special aroma and taste that Sarajishvili brandy is famous for.

An attractive composition is formed by 15 different types of wine spirits, which are aged in oak barrels for an average of 15 years. The oldest can be over 30 years old. It has an exceptional, harmonious bouquet and a soft, velvety taste. It is characterized by a shiny golden color, pleasant tones of oak, vanilla and chocolate and a soft and velvety taste.
