April Specials
After a huge success of the last two monthly specials with most of the items getting sold out before end of the month, we have been under pressure to keep up with our really high standards, so, the sacrilegiously scrumptious April menu was born!
This month we have only 4 cocktails coming back from the past special's menus: - "Fallen Berries" - are back with their rummy direction and glitz of gold flakes along with quenching fruity freshness.
- "Spreewald Negroni" - our freshest Negroni variation with organic cucumber gin, Campari and our homemade red vermouth made of Georgian red wine.
- "Hawaiian Silk" - is back for 4th time and will soon migrate to the permanent menu considering it being one of the best specials ever made.
- "Barrel-Aged Negroni" - this is a fresh batch of fan-favourite aged negroni. This time it set in a small oak barrel for 3.1 months and was infused with several twigs of rosemary.
From the newcomers, we have a highball cocktails: "Pear Pressure" - which has a potential to be the brightest ray of sunshine throughout the summer months with its magical marriage of cachaca, maraschino liqueur and pear & fireweed kombucha - super refreshing and super dangerous!
- "Antique Remedy" was concocted specifically for Badel Pelinkovac Antique cocktail competition this year and brings the complexity of that liqueur together with sour apple liqueur and some tequila for the base.
- "Orange Cloud" is this months dessert cocktail with class a some closeness to Jaffa cake.
- "High Resurrection" continues our High line of cocktails with it's dry and herbal direction skewed towards verbena in honour of upcoming Easter.
- "Apricurious" is based on an idea by Inti Otto, our beloved Redrum crew member combining his love of boozy drinks, smoke and some scrumptious apricot.
- "Kiwi Kiwi" is our boozy fruity drink going all in on kiwi and some tropical vibes.
- "Mr. Peanut" was inspired by experiements at #GMM where Rhett and Link have been experimenting with flavours and apparently gin and peanut butter are to be kindred spirits, so... et voila!
- "Sacred Breed" is another nod towards Easter ands with support of Campari group we finally managed to incorporate Wild Turkey Rare Breed into a drink alongside mastiha liqueur.
- "Clockwork Orange" is dangerous, eccentric, but universally acclaimed through a classy combo of mezcal, quinquina and grand marnier.
Anyhow, we think everyone will find something for themselves and also discover some new flavour, aromas a depths of perception. ;)
