June Specials

June represents the start of summer, the longest day and the summer solstice. It also means that people get into holiday mood and spend more time outdoor and starting to think about their summer vacations. This month's menu encapsulates all that and more... We have several drinks that are coming back again: the crowd pleaser - "Dirty Mango" - which was on May's list as well as for couple of months last summer; "Nordic Negroni", an herbal and refreshing negroni first seen in March this year; "Just Rio", a beautifully exotic taste mix perfect for summer first seen also in March this year; "Love Potion", a drink that encapsulates all that the real love is with deep complexity and deliciously spicy notes (first seen in April menu); "Midsommar" will help you celebrate Midsommar Day as well as wow you with it's complex and delicious notes, staple at "Suspiria Bar" as well as of Redrum's last summer menu. We have one more returning drink, but with a facelift - "Mexican Standoff". It was seen on the special menu last July and October, but since I ran out of sotol I couldn't recreate this complex drink. The new iteration is using Don Julio blanco tequila and Topanito blanco infused with mountain tea from Crete making an incredible bouquet of herbs with underlying complexity. We also have some new comers: - "Mango Pikante" - a spicy long drink with 2 types of spice herbal liqueurs along with mango lemonade. Refreshing and easy drink. - "Summer Breeze" - brings flowers and herbs together in one cohesive bouquet of flavours that reminds you oof a summer breeze in Alps. - "A Bomb" - inspired by friend of the bar and a die-hard regular - Andrii. It packs a serious punch between D'Espelette chili liqueur and pungent cachaca pacified by dry vermouth and grapefruit to bring you a real "A" bomb. - "Dream Team" - is a dream team of 2 Bolivian spirits - singani and coca leaf liqueur. It is fruity with herbal notes, packs an energetic punch and still maintains power of refreshment. - "Sprint Water" - another drink based on singani and bringing those Latin falvours together in an unfamiliar territory both for spirits and Michael (our drink creator). It lacks initial punch, but blossoms in the middle and leaves and long-lasting after-taste, creating a very different drinking experience from all the rest of drinks. - "Dr. Sex" - is a first presentation of our new friends at Mumpitz, who produce a rhubarb & cardamom smoothie liqueur commamorating original Dr. Sex, Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld. This liqueur creates a beautiful marriage with mezcal and coffee liqueur in this concotion. - "Playboy" - another uncharacteristic drink from Michael. This one brings all things decadent wrapped in the candy wrapper of pink flavours bringing the best out of the worst! All in all, another packed lineup for you guys to indulge in. Cheers! P.S.
