February Specials
After 2 week rest and skipping January, the monthly specials menu is back with the vengeance. The flavours here represent the midst of cold season, using "winter" ingredients, while trying to make you forget about cold and gloom and feel warm and cosy inside. We have couple of cocktails making a comeback: "Mad Georgian", "Barrel-aged Negroni" and "A White Lie". "Pandan" got a facelift using Bandoeng 22 pandan liqueur instead of pandan concentrate making it richer and boozier. The rest are brand new additions all created by Michael Korkia using some new ingrediants: Yuntaku Japanese Amaro, aquavit, Fernet Branca, Harakiri liqueur and some new homemade tictures.
